When AI OS starts, it binds to 0.0.0.0:8000 on your machine. Any device on the same Wi-Fi network can access the mobile panel at http://your-ip:8000/api/mobile/.
Loops are staggered so no two fire within 15 minutes of each other. Health checks every 20 min, thought and memory every 45 min, heavier loops every 3-6 hours. Real-time duration tracking lets you tune the schedule as you see actual performance.
